Conference Registration Hours:

  • Wednesday, June 17, 2020: 7:30 – 17:00
  • Thursday, June 18, 2020: 8:00 – 16:00
  • Friday, June 19, 2020: 8:30 – 15:00

Registration will include the following:

  • Participation in all sessions
  • Entrance to the exhibition
  • Conference printed material
  • Light refreshments during coffee breaks
  • Lunch according to registration category
  • One-on-one meetings (Networking Club)

Registration Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be emailed to : rsteinmetz@kenes-exhibitions.com

Refund of registration fees will be as follows:

  • Until and including May 6, 2020 – full refund less $35 USD for bank charges
  • From May 7, 2020 until and including May 17, 2020 – 50% refund
  • No refund on cancellations from May 18, 2020
