All changes or cancellations should be made directly with the hotel. 

Important Notes

All room prices include breakfast and VAT (taxes).

  • VAT is included in the room rates. VAT charges are subject to change according to local laws and regulations.
  • Tourism Levy (currently 1%) is excluded from the room rates and will be added upon reserving the room. 

Official check-in time for hotels is between 14:00-15:00 and check out is between 11:00 AM-12:00 PM (noon). Please refer to the hotel for check in/out times. 

Late Arrival/Early Departure Fee: If you arrive later or leave earlier than said dates of your confirmed booking, the total accommodation amount will be charged and no refunds will be made.

Guests are required to provide their credit card to hotel reception, upon check-in.

Kenes Exhibitions and their agents shall not be responsible for, and shall be exempt from, all liability in respect of any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person, or his/her luggage or any other property, for any reason whatsoever, for any tourist services provided.

Personal travel and health insurance are highly recommended.
